Returning An Item

Item must be in original unused condition (unless manufacturer’s defect claim)

Items must be returned within 7-days from purchase

To initiate a refund, please follow the below process:

  • Signed letter from the company who fitted the item/s stating the reason for the return
  • Original receipt or invoice

* Note: Only items fitted by an RMI approved or specialist fitment centre will be considered for a refund or exchange.

Return Exceptions

Items that can be seen to have been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items not fitted by an RMI approved or specialist fitment centre will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

All items are checked before leaving the premises, and no returns or refunds on items correctly supplied. The onus is on you to read the item description carefully and ensure you order the correct parts.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged on any orders that are cancelled/returned or refunded.

Exchanges

Items in new condition may be exchanged for a different size or model part, subject to price differences where applicable. In this case a restocking fee will not be applicable, but you will still be required to pay the return shipping.

Special Orders

A 25% handling fee will be charged on special request items that are returned.
