Turnaround
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Please allow for an additional 2 to 5 working days for delivery. Outlying areas may require another day or two for delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and carrier details.
Shipping Rates
Pricing below is a guide only.
Prices may be subject to change and the customer is required to pay in any differences before we ship out orders.
If the shipping exceeds the pricing below, the customer will be notified required to pay in any differences.
Outlying areas tend to increase shipping cost.
Prices are on a per item basis – we will try to bundle up any orders to reduce shipping costs.
We charges a flat rate delivery fee of R95, additional small item products will be charged at R15 per item.
The following categories are additional to the R95 (small item).
Medium – R195
Large – R295
X-Large – R395+
No orders will be shipped unless payment has been made in full for both the products and the shipment.
You have the choice to select “collection” during checkout and contact us if you wish to bundle items together or prefer to use your courier. Once items are bundled together, we will calculate the shipping cost and email it to you. *Please reference your order/ invoice number in the communication.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on any orders that are cancelled/returned or refunded.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backorder item/s become available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Stock Supplied
Products are non-OEM unless stated otherwise.

Collections
Please note that most stock is kept at our premises, however items not in stock will require a 24 – 48 hour lead.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email / WhatsApp from us.
